Stretching and strengthening
This class has elements of Yoga with the addition of techniques from the tradition of Zarathustra and the Essene. It will stimulate your energy flow, create flexibility and strengthen the whole body (especially the abdominals)
Deep relaxation / meditation / breathing
This class will help you eliminate stress and tension accumulated in the daily life. Also deep tensions that create in-balance in the body and mind. You will be able to recharge your batteries. You will also learn how to focus and how to slow down the movement of the mind.
Mindfulness
In this class we focus on breathing (and sometimes sound) exercises. Also on techniques based on Hypnosis and P.N.L. to discover how your mind works. You will learn new things about yourself, how to understand and manage your emotions and how to reduce your mechanical responses.
